Processing Times
We aim to process and ship most orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak sales events or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Domestic Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-5 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-2 business days after processing.
Local Delivery (Select Areas in Massachusetts):
We offer hand-delivered service to select areas of Massachusetts:
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM EST.
- Next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 PM EST (weekends and holidays excluded).
To inquire about local delivery, please contact us at sales@boswelliacandleco.com before placing your order. A minimum order of $200.00 is required for this service.
Estimated Transit Times
Please keep in mind that transit times are estimates and do not include processing times.
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days*
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days*
- Local Delivery: Same day or next day, depending on the time of order placement.
Transit times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@boswelliacandleco.com.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (see Returns Policy below).
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace or refund the damaged items. Please email sales@boswelliacandleco.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Returns Policy
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact sales@boswelliacandleco.com to initiate a return. Kindly note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used candles, reed diffusers, or room mists.
